Bison Share Deposit

We proudly offer bulk purchases. We harvest approximately every 30 days, and cut an entire bison into shares. You can select a quarter, half, or whole bison.

Pricing is as follows: For a quarter, you are charged $10.00 per pounding hanging weight, for a half you are charged $9.50 per pound hanging weight, and for a whole you are charged $9.00 per pound hanging weight. 

In order to secure your share, we require a deposit. Simply pay the deposit fee and an owner will reach out to discuss availability & make your cut selections. The deposit fee is applied for quarter, half, and whole shares towards the final balance. Final balance must be paid via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. If paying by credit card, a 3.5% fee will be added.
